Our cancellation policy

We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or change your appointment. Calling us is best in case we do not receive your email. If you do not cancel within the 24 hours, it is 100% of the consultation fee or 50% of the IV fee. No shows will result in a 100% cost of the missed appointment.

Late Arrivals:

We do understand you may be running late due to a busy schedule or due to traffic. Please give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate you when you arrive. Sometimes we may have to reschedule you if you are running very late as we may have other patients booked right after you. We want to make sure we have enough time for your appointment. Unfortunately if you miss an appointment we will charge the missed appointment to your credit card.

Return Policy:

Unopened dispensary items and lab tests may be returned within 1 week of purchase for a refund or exchange. Items requiring refrigeration cannot be returned.

Reminders:

As a courtesy we will contact you 48 hours before your appointment with a phone call or email. Please remember this is a courtesy. If you have not heard from us and would like to confirm your appointment, please call us at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Payment:

Payment for all health services, lab tests and prescribed supplements are due in full when the service is rendered. We accept cash, debit, VISA, Mastercard or American Express.
